The client

A premium kitchen renovation and joinery company in Sydney, Australia. Excellent craftsmanship, average project $15K–$45K — and zero digital marketing. No ads, no tracking, no lead system beyond referrals. Revenue was feast-or-famine: busy when word of mouth delivered, quiet when it didn’t.

What we built

A complete lead generation system — not just ads:

  1. Precision targeting. Homeowners planning renovations, geo-fenced to high-value suburbs, renters excluded.
  2. Qualifying lead forms. Budget, timeline, and kitchen-size questions filtered tire-kickers automatically — the client only talked to serious buyers.
  3. Full tracking. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Every lead traced from click to form submission.
  4. Converting creative. Real before/after photos in carousel formats — premium results plus a free quote offer. No stock imagery.

The numbers

$50/day budget. 132K impressions, 49.8K reach. 274 leads at $18.86 each from $5,167 total spend. Revenue attributed: $80,000 closed and confirmed, an $80–90K accepted kitchen quote, a $180K duplex job, an $800K whole-house joinery lead, and a $1.2M quote in progress — roughly $2M in total pipeline value in three and a half months.

Why it worked

Nothing exotic. Tracking was wired before scaling spend, so every optimization decision ran on real cost-per-lead data. Creative came from the client’s actual projects. And the qualifying form meant the sales conversations were with people who had budgets and timelines — which is why leads became quotes, and quotes became a pipeline.

The same playbook is what we run for remodelers and renovators in our priority US markets.

“Before Digital Hark, we had no system for leads beyond referrals. Within 3 months we closed $80K in deals, quoted an $800K whole-house joinery project, and now have a pipeline nearing $2 million. The qualifying questions filter out tyre kickers — we only speak to serious buyers.”
