Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
Digital Hark ("we," "us") provides marketing services for contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language on purpose.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site (contact form, audit report download), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, trade, and your message. We use it to respond to you, provide the service you asked for, and — if you've inquired about our services — follow up about them.
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, hosted on Supabase, and trigger an email notification to us so we can respond quickly.
Information collected automatically
This site uses the following tools, which set cookies or collect usage data:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, traffic sources, device type) to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google Tag Manager — manages the analytics and advertising tags below; collects no data itself.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures the effectiveness of our advertising and may be used to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms.
- Umami Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free page analytics hosted on our own server.
These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. Google's and Meta's use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Third-party services
- Calendly — if you book a call, scheduling happens on Calendly and is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
- Free audit tool — audits run on our results platform (results.digitalhark.agency); the website address you audit and any contact details you provide for the PDF are handled as described in "Information you give us."
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, and only as needed to operate this site and our services.
- We do not send marketing email you haven't opted into; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and CRM records for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — email us at the address below.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or Texas), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain data sharing. We honor such requests regardless of your state.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes get a notice on this page.
